We've been without drinking water for 15 days, and they're not offering a solution.

The worst company in Zuera, they cut off the water every day, without warning, at any time, day and night. You call and they don't answer the phone. If you want to contact them, go to the El Molino bar, they're there getting plastered on beers and other things.

They don't answer the fault reporting phone. Never. We've been without power all day... they've left the manhole covers open, which is dangerous.
