I'm disgusted with the appalling treatment I received from "Mr." Jose. He has zero empathy for humanity and plays with people's needs. I find it outrageous that, knowing I took out a loan to pay the deposit and the first month's tuition, he abandoned me, knowing I'll be homeless in a few days. How can someone like that work in customer service, treating people like dirt instead of showing them any respect? He even blocked my calls.

Someone who doesn't know how to face up to that Jose. When they put him in his place for his arrogant way of speaking, he turns off his cell phone. Be a civilized person, we live in the 21st century. He's still sowing his seeds.

Summer camps, years ago, were fine for kids. Last year it was horrible; they didn't even complete half of the planned activities. This year we gave it another chance, and it's even worse. It's clear how little enthusiasm they have. Instead of varied activities, it's free play all day... the kids can play whatever they want... Except for snack time, when they're forced to keep to the time limit, even if everyone has finished. And the treasure hunt with a prize, where the prize was choosing the next activity... I don't know if it's laziness or lack of preparation, but it's very sad.

I am not at all happy with this company, which is managing the Las Rehoyas center. They are incapable of dialogue, listening to suggestions, now more 🤔 than ever, regarding the virus that is ravaging us. I bet they have written miserable emails, go in person, nothing matters to them. I would like to be attended to, I am not asking for anything impossible... greetings.
