We had an event for which we needed two flags. They advised us on the best option, and we ended up ordering four XL surf flags. We're very happy with the speed and the result. Plus, we can reuse the structures for future events; we only have to order the fabric, which saves us money in the long run. Highly recommended.

Terrible service! On April 28th, we paid for two XL surf banners with a spike base that were supposed to arrive within 24/48 hours. On May 10th, they were nowhere to be seen, and we weren't expected to. We had to track them down and go to the shipping company to pick them up because they had entered the wrong phone number and address on the shipment and couldn't reach us. To top it all off, the order was in error: we received two ridiculously sized banners that weren't suitable for the event. The event went off (without our banners, of course), and after they agreed to refund our money, they haven't refunded it or sent us the order we paid for, despite us having repeatedly demanded it. They charged us €191.18, and we don't have the banners we paid for!!! If we have to label you in any way, it would be SCAMMERS! All we hope is that this reaches a lot of people so you can't do it to anyone else.
