The alarm keeps breaking down, they don't answer the phone, and they don't reply to messages. August is a busy month for security helmets, and this security company has to close for vacation. The first thing I'm doing in September is switching companies.

They weren't at all professional. They didn't even know which cables to use, and they wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes. They talk better than they do.
