Very dissatisfied. The service has deteriorated significantly since our last purchase in 2021: incomplete quotes, extremely poor customer service, lack of attention and responsiveness, and fewer services offered. We sorely miss the staff who are no longer there. A company as established, a benchmark, and prestigious as Grafinta projects a very negative image with its current attitude.
