It's a community center that has everything. You can play ping pong or dance bachata. You can also take yoga or karate classes. The only thing we miss is that the cafeteria is closed, and especially why it's closed due to illness. I don't understand how this wasn't anticipated. I suppose and understand that the cafeteria in a community center is a concession granted by the city council to someone who requests it, but when it's due to illness, which is a serious matter, since there's no possibility of opening with someone to cover for the staff, why not revoke the concession? It's bad enough having to close due to illness, but with goodwill to make things easier, it could have remained open without incurring such a significant loss. No students will want to work part-time to run a community center, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. It would be a favor to the students who sacrifice a few hours to help with their studies or expenses, to the members and other people who use the center, and to those who hold the concession because it's a way to keep the center open and avoid such a large loss. Of course, all of this would require the support of the city council and the members, and even the people who will be using the facilities. I think those of you in charge of these matters should reconsider. Otherwise, the place is wonderful.
