This company is rubbish. There's never any hot water, no solutions, the communal boiler is always broken, and on top of that, they leave you without hot water all weekend and still charge you! It's a rip-off. You're lucky if you get hot water three days a week. And then they charge you €2 a day even if you don't use it. It's a pyramid scheme; they rake in the cash and don't even provide the services. They treat you badly, too. They're shameless!

We've been without heating in my apartment since yesterday. The building management confirmed they had reported the issue to this company, but the service we received was appalling. I called myself to try to clarify the situation, and the person who answered was incredibly rude, didn't listen to my explanation, and ultimately hung up on me without offering any solution. The lack of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism is obvious. It's not just my apartment that's affected: at least two other buildings in the complex are experiencing the same problem. It's unacceptable that such an urgent breakdown is handled with such inefficiency and without any assistance.

Very BAD without a doubt the worst company There's never hot water, and when you ask for an explanation, the staff is quite rude First, a part that takes two months to arrive In the middle of Carnival, and we can't shower at home because there's no more water But they charge for the fixed costs I would think twice before hiring this company

They're a bunch of crooks. My heating hasn't worked properly for three years. My bills are 400% higher than before a repair they did. It took them two years to realize the valve was faulty, another year to notice the meters of the other two neighbors on my floor were connected incorrectly, and they didn't even bother to look at mine. We switched companies, and they came incredibly fast and are working on it.

A so-called company run by so-called professionals. They're freezing half the neighborhood because they haven't fixed the community boiler. They don't answer calls. Their employees laugh at you on the phone. They've been leaving half the neighborhood, many families with children, with homes at 13 degrees Celsius for days, and they're doing nothing.

This company is completely incompetent. We have heating, and it never works; it's always broken. Then they blame us, saying it's our fault—it's all a lie. You touch the heating pipes that run up all the terraces, and it's not my fault because the pipes are supposed to be hot. They're incompetent, and their maintenance staff are terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this company, not even to Sexto Berry.

This company is terrible. They don't care about their customers. Today, three times they said they were going to come and fix the damn heating system they installed, which they didn't even know how to install properly. It's a real nuisance. The same goes for their workers. We have sick people at home and no heating at all. Sixth Berry and all these people took away our boiler and made us install something that doesn't work, and we're paying money for nothing, just for the benefit of the City Council or this company, or whatever it's called.

For the past few years, the maintenance of our community's solar panel installation was done remotely. Nobody came in person, but all the invoices kept coming in.

They're pathetic, they don't attend to emergencies. My house flooded and I needed them to come and shut off the heating water, and they didn't even come. And to top it off, the person who attended to me, when I told him that the water was up to my ankles and there was a child in the house, told me not to worry because with that amount of water the child wasn't going to drown...
